So, I have laid out the outline using GRID METHOD. I find this method helpful for me because i have difficulty doing the right proportion of a human face.
When I color her face I used all the light/pastel colored pencils (sorry I forgot the exact colors I used). By the way, I am using prismacolor soft colored pencils (set of 150). The paper I used is smooth, a random sketchbook I bought from Jolis.
Now, time for the eyes. I don't have a special tip here, well you see, I'm self-taught. That's why I don't know what to really teach you. But I hope to help you with my progress pictures.
For the lips I used some colors on the ranges from peach to light pink.
For the hair, I actually used charcoal. I find it easier to apply the color. and I don't want to use up my black colored pencil. I blend it with cotton buds.
